You might wish to control your Sky box from a different location; another house or even another country. If this is the case then please follow this checklist:

• Find the LAN IP for the Sky box.
  

• Find the WAN IP for the Sky box.

• On the router where the Sky box is located, forward TCP port 49160 to the Sky box LAN IP address.

• In the KiraQ at the remote location go to the "Box setup" page and set the Sky Box IP as the WAN IP for the Sky box location.

At the risk of stating the obvious this will enable control only, you will need to seperately configure a media encoder to stream the content!
