I've connected my module to the network but the Sky system is not responding"
Check that your Sky system IP address is correctly set within the module. The "RX Error" LED should NOT be illuminated.
Check that the Sky system is updated to the latest firmware.

The SkyHD system will not respond to the KIRAQ if the firmware is below RO11
If using IR check that the receiver is placed correctly, is not in a source of interference and that "use IR" has not been disabled in the modules options page.
If using RS232 check that the baud rate and parity are set to match the controlling system.
